ALL SHIFTS ARE COVERED BY A FOOD SAFETY MANAGER. HOWEVER, THE FOOD SAFETY MANAGER'S CERTIFICATES WILL EXPIRE IN 2018. TWO WILL EXPIRE AT THE END OF AUGUST.

REMINDER: THERE SHALL BE AT LEAST ONE FOOD SAFETY MANAGER ONSITE AT ALL TIMES. A FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION WILL BE CONDUCTED ON NOVEMBER 4, 2018, TO ENSURE THAT THIS FACILITY HAS ALL SHIFTS COVERED BY A FOOD SAFETY MANAGER
